  • Walk: 8.19
  • Trot: 8.25
  • Canter: 8.88
  • Conformation: 9.0

At four years old, Sorento won numerous Reitpferde championships, averaging top scores of 9.0. In 2007/2008, he received the highest recognition, “Siegerhengst” in Oldenburg, awarded due to his outstanding offspring.

Sorento’s sire, Sandro Hit, produced successful dressage horses. Sorento came from a strong, methodically bred Hanoverian damline. His full sister, Samt und Seide, was a performance champion at the Brilliantring competition in Rastede.

Sorento passed on an excellent model, producing horses with elegant conformation, long forelegs, and size. His offspring demonstrated fantastic movement, excelling under saddle and achieving high scores in the IBOP tests. Many were sold at elite auctions.

Several of Sorento’s colts gained recognition, including Supério, a premium stallion in Westphalia and Bundeschampionat winner. In Scotland, two young Sorento offspring won Champion and Reserve Champion titles.

2011: Sorento was named Horse of the Year in Oldenburg, a prestigious recognition. He ranked highly in the German breeding index and competed successfully at Grand Prix level, excelling in piaffe and passage.

2015: Bojengels (Sorento x Ferro), a Grand Prix horse, was sold to Brazil for the Olympics.
