Kartal’s father is Kajan, a famous racehorse in his homeland, whose sire is Karader. He was an outstanding racehorse: he raced 32 times over 6 years, winning 25 times. In 1981, he won the breed champion title. (Attestat of III degree in Ashabad 1981, Attestat of II degree in Ashabad 1982, Attestat of III degree in Krasnodar 1983). As his offspring, Kartal inherits excellent galloping ability as a purebred Akhal-Teke. He began jumping training in 2023, confidently tackling small oxers and fixed obstacles. His dressage training started in 2022, and he has participated in several days of dressage courses led by Csaba Szokola (Hungary’s most successful dressage rider). He frequently participates in group trail rides, showing leadership qualities and a forward-going attitude.
